Terry has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. He served as a medic in the Air Force from 1987 to 1991 as part of a medical-surgical unit. After leaving the military, he worked for nine years as a polysomnographic technologist for one of the largest sleep disorders centers in the Southwest. He has also been a student of massage since 1998, first at the Scherer Institute of Natural Healing in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and later continuing his studies in neuromuscular therapy from the NMT Center with Judith DeLany and lymphatic drainage with Dr. Bruno Chikly. Terry received his nursing license from the College of Southern Idaho and has worked with active-duty troops, veterans, and their spouses at the Montana VA Health Care System and the Madigan Army Hospital in Washington. Terry also performs microcurrent therapy following the protocol of Dr. John Hache.
Terry has been active his whole life. He played volleyball for a team at his Air Force base, raced road bikes for more than 15 years all over the western United States, and competed in Nordic ski races. He is also a cancer survivor, having used many of the modalities he practices to reduce his pain and help himself heal.
